I had a free wash coupon. I’ve been to countless car washes, but this was the best one I’ve been to. These guys really went above and beyond. My car was absolutely spotless. Staff was friendly as well.

I had a really disappointing experience at this car wash. They completely skipped wiping down the interior—dust and dirt were still clearly visible on the dashboard and surfaces. On top of that, the carpets were left out of place and looked like they weren’t properly cleaned or power washed at all. It honestly felt rushed and careless. I expected much better attention to detail, especially for something as basic as interior cleaning. Definitely not worth it.

Terrible car wash and worse customer service. I told the guy before washing the car to make sure to vacuum between the seats. I get the car back and low and behold, they're not vacuumed. Even the center console wasn't properly vacuumed. The car inside wasn't wiped down properly. They didn't even bother to put the rugs back in place. The tire shine also is terrible - it dries up in minutes. I kindly asked the guy in the beginning if he can spray anything on the rugs since I paid for power washing rubber mats but don't have any but he said no. He said they have soap but cannot spray it, which made no sense. I went inside to speak to the lady at the cash register. She said "if the other guy was here he would've been more strict on them." That's a terrible response and they should work with the same standard whether the "other guy" was here or not. This is the last time I'll be bringing my vehicle here. They need a new management and much better customer service than this.

I noticed a crack in my windshield after the car wash and brought it to the manager’s attention. He acknowledged but refused to confirm saying the owner (Dan) only has access to the camera. He texted the owner and assured the owner will reach out in a day or two but I haven’t heard back even after follow-ups. While I continue to veil my patience, the crack is happily propagating.

I decided to give this car wash another chance after a bad experience last year, haven’t returned since. Well this time - Somehow while on the ramp portion, it’s likely the emblem of my rim was lost. It’s a very noticeable piece and leaves a hole in the center of the rim. Didn’t even know my rim did this until I was circling the car after the wash. The car was left with extremely visibly dirty areas (my car is white). The rims were left untouched and so dirty! As we have had a lot of rain for the month of April. I had to ask for a wet towel and crouched down for over 30minutes cleaning all of the dirty rims and areas on the car myself. I purchased the option where they clean your rubber mats. And I only asked for the drivers side to be cleaned, as all the others were immaculate since no one gets in my car. Think they’d atleast do that? Attaching a photo of how they left it. Nothing else on the inside was touched. I voiced my concern about the rim piece to the workers and the person at the register, who took my # ensuring the owner would call me to resolve the rim issue.
